Returns the unserialized MongoDB\BSON\Int64.

Throws MongoDB\Driver\Exception\InvalidArgumentException on argument parsing errors.
Throws MongoDB\Driver\Exception\UnexpectedValueException if the properties cannot be unserialized (i.e. serialized was malformed).
